Crazy About the Mouse made our first trip to Disney World easy to plan and highly enjoyable! It was hands down the best family vacation we have ever taken. We were so impressed that Christy took the time to get to know our family's interests then made recommendations for special events, restaurants, and hotel accomodations.
Staying at a Disney resort can save you money
Walt Disney World® offers many benefits to their resort guests. One of those benefits is Disney's Magical Express transportation Service which is complimentary and exclusively available when you stay at a Disney Resort hotel. Motor coaches take you from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel, while Disney picks up your bags and take them straight to your room. And when your vacation is over, you and your bags are whisked back from your Disney Resort hotel to the Orlando International Airport. Disney Resort Guests are also free to enjoy complimentary Disney transportation throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort. Just steps from your door, boats, buses and monorails await to transport you from the Theme Parks, Water Parks, the Downtown Disney® area and more. With both of theses services, there is not need to spend your money on a rental car.

Disney….Disney….Disney….need I say more? Disney has been a part of my life from the first time I saw Cinderella’s Castle when I was 8 years old. Since then I have been to Disney World many times with and without children, taken a Disney Cruise to the Virgin Islands and even enjoyed the amazing Quest for the West Adventures by Disney Tour. November 2011 we will be back to cruise the new Disney Dream and try out the amazing new water slide. My 12 year old & 15 year old girls have seen Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique on their birthday’s, swam in the Epcot Sea Adventure Tour, attended Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party on land and on sea. My 9 year old son loves the Rockin’ Roller Coaster and the Tower of Terror. He loves to bike ride and fish throughout the Walt Disney Resort grounds. My husband and I have taken an Epcot Segway tour, the Disney World’s Behind the Scenes Tour to see how the magic is made and attended the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. We have eaten in many of the fabulous Disney restaurants and stayed at many of the Disney Resort Hotels. Along with his company, my husband has taken the week long Disney Institute Course as well. My favorite time to visit Disney is during the holidays. I have seen Disney decorated for Christmas and Halloween. I’ve even celebrated a wedding anniversary at Disney. You could say that we are definitely categorized as Disney fans!
I think what captivates me the most is Disney’s world class service, attention to detail and amazing travel options. Everyone is accommodated and special. Disney has many options where there is truly something for everyone. My entire family loves Disney, but particularly my special needs daughter. She motors around in a power wheel chair and believe me, Disney knows how to accommodate her perfectly. From the time we get on the Disney Magical Express to the day we leave, Disney treats her like a “princess” throughout the entire trip.
We are always greeted by characters coming up to her, hugging her and giving them their autograph, cast members helping us through lines saying, “here comes the princess” and many other amazing Disney details that made Disney World our place to take our Special Needs daughter. Disney even provides several rides that accommodate wheelchair riders. There is no need to transfer out of your wheelchair. Eureka!
You can always catch Disney providing “Magical Moments.” One instance was when we were in Hollywood Studios taking pictures with Sorcerer Mickey. After the picture, Mickey took my daughter’s wheelchair from me and started wheeling her down the streets of Hollywood Studios waving at everyone. My daughter was clearly the queen at that moment! What a surprise!
We always have special seating sections for the parades and fireworks shows. We wait in minimal lines if any. There are many Disney perks that come along with having Special Needs. The one story that stands out over all would be when we were in Walt Disney World watching Merlin perform magic in Fantasyland and by the carousel. After the show was finished Merlin walked over to our daughter and asked if she wanted his autograph. We had not purchased autograph books yet. Merlin went into a Disney shop and purchased an autograph book for our daughter, signed it and handing it to her. My husband and I had tears in our eyes. This was a definite “Disney Magical Moment”.
It would be my honor to give you my FREE professional assistance in planning your family’s perfect custom Disney Magical Vacation. It costs no more to use my services than to book directly with Disney. I will watch Disney promotions for you and let you know of the ever changing Disney discounts, customize a daily itinerary for you, book your dining reservations, and give you a park plan to avoid crowds. You can’t go wrong with using Crazy About the Mouse and Melissa Jiles.
This year we celebrated our daughter’s high school graduation with a 5 day trip to Walt Disney World. She took a friend, so our requirements were a little different from the standard family of four. Melissa, with Crazy About the Mouse, handled all the details making it a stress free experience. Not only did Melissa secure great resort accommodations, meal plans and park hopper tickets, but she also suggested restaurants that we might enjoy and then made the reservations once we made our decisions. Melissa took the time to listen and learn what we wanted and did her best to make our magical Disney dreams come true. -Joseph and Connie Lenz, Arlington, TX
